Event Moderation

Consultant shares any scripted opening remarks, housekeeping notes, introductions, along with any break instructions and conclusions. Consultant can also moderate any Q&A sessions by providing instructions to presenters and audience. Advanced Media Playback, Seamless visual transitions, video playback, and dynamic audio effects are all possible by combining Zoom with our advanced media playback system (Vimeo). 

Technical Producer 

Our Technical Producers are available to provide the technical leadership necessary for the highest level production events. We will work with you to design, manage, and lead your event.

Event Management

We transform your meeting agenda into a living, dynamic single source of truth document. We can then handle all meeting/webinar ID creation, along with helping manage your registration page and process.

Live Event Support

The Event Consultant joins the rehearsal, pre-event warm-up, and live event to provide technical support, coordination, and best practices to ensure the success of your event. Your consultant can also monitor event logs and provide real-time technical support. 

Content Sharing 

Using the Zoom Share Screen feature, your Event Consultant can share slide decks, videos, music, and other media content that your event requires

Production Specialist

Our experienced AV Production Specialists are here to offer you and your event team advanced technical knowledge with both the Zoom platform as well as the most current AV production workflows. 

Enhanced Video Switching

Our enhanced video switching system includes the necessary equipment to produce the most complex events. Video switching, audio mixing, and technical communication are all included with these systems.
